Damaged: If the product is damaged upon arrival, please email a digital photo of the item and of the box it came in. We will file a Damage Claim to the shipping company. After the claim has been approved, we will re-ship the item at no cost to the buyer. 

Defect: If the product is defective upon arrival, please email us immediately with a picture of the product and the defective characteristic, and we will assist you with the returning process. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label and will pay for the re-shipping charge. We can only ship the item out once the defect item is back in our possession, so if this is a replacement, we highly suggest to keep your original item.

Lost: If the package is lost in transit, a replacement or refund will only be issued after a Lost Claim has been approved by the shipping company.

You MUST provide return tracking information when shipping out. Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued within 3-5 days of receiving return. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping  will be credited ONLY in those instances that the return is a result of our error.We reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.
